Hello everybody! My name is Emilio, also known as The Meat Dealer.

I am from Costa Rica and I discovered my passion for grilling and everything related to it when I moved to the U.S.A almost 20 years ago.

In my professional career as The Meat Dealer, I managed to learn and taste the most exotic, controversial, delicious cuts of beef and became a cooking enthusiast since then.

I created this store to share my projects with all of you who support me. Hope you all enjoy it and benefit from it!
