HOW TO HEAT THE PORCHETTA? COMPLETE PORCHETTA Oven:
- Thaw porchetta safely (inside refrigerator 8-10 Hours).
- Preheat oven to 300 F
- Place the Porchetta on a tray and place in the middle level of the Oven for 1 Hour.
- Raise the temperature to 450 F. and leave for 12-15 minutes.
- Take out and let it rest for 5 minutes and cut with a serrated knife.
PORCHETTA CUT INTO ROUNDS
Oven :
- Thaw the porchetta safely (inside the refrigerator 8-10 Hours).
- Preheat oven to 300 F
- Cut portions (rounds) of porchetta.
- Place porchetta portions on a tray and bake in the oven on the level for 10-12 minutes.
- Raise the temperature to 450 F. and leave for 5 minutes.
- Take out and let stand for 5 minutes and serve
Air Fryer :
- Thaw the porchetta safely (in the refrigerator 8-10 hours).
- Cut portions (wheels) of the porchetta.
- Place maximum 4 wheels in the Air Fryer and Heat for 15 Minutes at 400 F
